Does this website use cookies or analytics?
No. The website itself sets no cookies, keeps nothing in your browser's storage, runs no analytics and loads no scripts, fonts, images or embeds from other companies. Every file on a page comes from the same site. If that ever changes, this page will be updated.
What data do the forms collect?
The demo form and the contact form are the only places this website collects personal data. When you send one, these details are stored together as a single record:
- Your name, work email address and company.
- The team type you chose from the list.
- Your message, if you wrote one.
- The form you used (demo or contact) and the time you sent it.
- The first 200 characters of your browser's user-agent text, which names your browser and device type.
- Your country, as detected by Cloudflare from your connection. Only the country is kept, not your IP address.
The form does not ask for campaign data, payment details or government identifiers. Please do not type them into the message box.
Why is the data collected?
To read your request and reply to it. Vectravia does not sell the data, does not share it with advertisers or data brokers, and does not use it for marketing lists.
Where is the data stored, and for how long?
Records are stored in the site operator's Cloudflare Workers KV storage. Cloudflare also hosts this website, and like any host it receives your IP address and request details when a page loads and may keep its own logs under its own policy.
Records stay in storage until someone deletes them. No automatic expiry is set.
How do I ask for my data to be deleted?
Use the contact form. Say that you want your details deleted and give the same email address you used before, so the matching records can be found. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights over your personal data, such as asking what is held about you. The same route covers those requests.
Does this policy cover the Vectravia platform?
No. It describes this website only. It does not describe how the platform handles advertising data.
What about links to other sites?
Pages here link to outside sources, such as industry bodies and standards repositories. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not cover them.
Will this policy change?
It may. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
